With the increasing number of seniors in our area in mind,
I have recently completed a specialized training course to meet the needs of this
 sector of our society and have been awarded the SRES
designation by the SRES Council.

I am currently the only real estate salesperson in the Port Colborne, Wainfleet
& Welland area with this designation.

As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® I am qualified to address the needs of
senior home sellers and buyers
 and also those age 50+.   I take pride in being able to offer this service
 to this specialized clientele to assist in transitions involved in relocating or
selling their home.
